Undercity, Underground Adventures in NYC
Undercity is a mini documentary made by videographer Andrew Wonder about exploring New York City with urban historian Steven Duncan. Outfitted only with a Canon 5D, gloves and backpacks, they take the adventure to the side of NYC no one really gets to see from the subway, to the sewer and the Williamsburg Bridge. Their exploration was recently featured in the New York Times and on NPR. I give respect to their efforts in creating a unique video of an area of the city that is partially abandoned and we are forbidden to enter.
